Pisces represents our connection to the watery realms of dreams, intuition and the subconscious: the rivers of emotion and the boundless inner seas of the psyche and soul.  Pisces demands that we slow down and make space to feel all the pain and all the joy of the world as our own.

Join the Breath Connection community on the New Moon to honor Pisces through a gentle breath, movement and meditation practice to make intentional space for feeling. The practices will support us to expand our sense of spaciousness, stabilize our nervous systems and increase our capacity to be with our emotional experiences.

About Breath Connection
Breath Connection is a monthly donation-based virtual gathering to practice breathwork and meditation techniques in community. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required. This class will be have options for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All are welcome!

Each month we will explore a different theme and set of practices from the Himalayan kriya yoga tradition, which may involve movement and mantra in addition to breathwork and meditation.

You can expect:
-Powerful breath practices to allow stagnant energy and stuck emotions to flow
-Meditation practices for self-awareness, acceptance, forgiveness and self-love
-Opportunities to connect with others as a community of practice

The session will be recorded and a recording of the guided practice will be sent to all participants to use as a resource into the future.

About Breathwork

Breath practice is the ultimate tool for self-empowerment. It is is the single most important thing we do every day, not only because it keeps us alive (!) but also because how we breathe has a deep impact on our physiology. Changing the way you breathe can change how you feel in less than a minute, because breathing is directly connected to the autonomic nervous system. There are hundreds of different breath techniques that all have different physiological effects. Learn more.
