Menu:
-Vietnamese shrimp and ground pork taquitos with a cape gooseberry salsa fresca
-Kabocha squash soup with dashi broth and chintextle oil
-Mushroom larb with puffed amaranth, crispy fried garlic, fresh herbs and butter lettuce
-Braised brisket tamal with ginger, mirin, chives, pickled daikon and carrot and micro cilantro
-Pinole cookies with sweet black bean paste, whipped sheep’s milk ricotta and a kabocha squash coulis
-Green tea horchata
-Hibiscus and pickled ginger soda
