ABOUT
Through the integration of communal living, sustainable agriculture, and holistic wellbeing, Shift Esperanza aims to revolutionize environment stewardship while allowing people to live happier, healthier, interconnected lives in Nosara, Costa Rica. Shift Esperanza is a regenerative community real-estate development that is naturally secluded on a 108-acre/43-hectare restored cattle farm. We strive to create a better way of living that honors the planet, and where people support and care for each other in the spirit of community, shared experience, and social cohesion. Through careful curation and intentional design, we foster a connection to each other, and the food we grow and eat, to optimize the health of our collective mind, body, and spirit. We will leave a positive footprint by restoring decimated forests, designing healthy and sustainable dwellings, and positively engaging with our local community.
