ABOUT
Shri Rishi Pratim Banerjee, born on 06th April 2001 in a musical family in West Bengal. At early age he began his training under guidance of his father Pandit Rajendra Prasad Banerjee and his elder brother Shree Rudra Prasad Kha. Since five years of his age Rishi started learning music from Padma Bhusan Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty a renounced Indian Classical vocalist. He was awarded with Girja Devi Award 2016 in Delhi,Sangeet Natak Award 2018 Delhi. He is currently a A grade artist of All India Radio Jaipur. He has performed in Tansen Mahautsav Gwalior-MP, ITC Sangeet Research Academy-Kolkata,IIT Kharagpur,Jaipur Sangeet Mahavidyalaya Music Festival,Bhimsen Joshi Music Festival-Mumbai and Sabrang Music Festival Kolkata.
