ABOUT
Pranoy Chatterjee is a young Tabla Player Following a combination of PunjabFarukhabad Gharana. His tabla learning was started at the age of 5 under the tutelage of Shri Arun Kumar Das. Later he was blessed to get guidance from Late Ashok Moitra. Now Pranoy is enhancing his tabla by having Shri Shubhajyoti Guha as his Guru, who is one of the eminent disciples of Pandit Sankha Chatterjee. Pranoy is an All India Radio Graded Artist and Also Graded Artist of Doordarshan (Govt of India, Dept of Television Broadcast).He has been performing in many notable Concerts and Music Conferences in India and Abroad to name Theater am Faden, Stuttgart, Germany;(MERU) Seelisberg, Switzerland; Indo-Czeh Autumn Festival, Prague, Czech Republic; Tagore Centre, Berlin, Embassy of India, Germany,IIT Patna; EZCC Patna, NIT Rourkela; SSN Institute, Chennai; Ashish Khan School of World Music,The Fifth Note,Smriti Sangeet Samaraho, Ayoddha; State Music Academy, Govt of West Bengal, Etc
