Sri Palash Kuri is one of the promising vocalist of this young generation. He has learnt from many famous gurus for more than 15years and has already performed in many prestigious concerts. He is specialized in Khayal, Thumri, Bhajan, Nazrulgeeti. MUSICAL BACKGROUND Palash started his initial training under the guidance of his mother Smt. Basabi Kuri from his childhood. After that he has started his training under Sri Sachindra Nath Halder and Sri Prabir Majumder. At the age of 16yrs he started his training under the great Maestro Pt. Arun Bhaduri and continued his training until Pt. Bhaduri’s death. After that he is continuing his training under another great Maestro Sangeet Achariya Pt. Amiya Ranjan Bandopadhyay. He is also taking his Light Classical Music training under BIdushi Alpona Roy. ACHIEVEMENTS Palash has already achieved many glorious prizes like :  Doverlane Talent search contest  Chetla Murari Smrity competition  Rajyasangeet Music Contest  Doverlane Pratima Chandra Memorial Award  National Scholarship  ICCR Empanelled Artist, etc. He has already performed in many prestigious programs like:  Rajya Sangeet Sammelan  Uttarpara Sangeet Sammelan  Doverlane concert for young talent, etc.
