In this session, Ashley will spotlight stunning fall bloomers in both the walled and wild gardens and share her insights on a mindful approach to garden cleanup that fosters biodiversity throughout the year.

With a career dedicated to interpreting gardening and nature, Ashley Gamell brings her expertise from her decade at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, where she developed children's gardens, curated greenhouses, and led educational initiatives. She co-authored the award-winning The Kids’ Guide to Exploring Nature and contributes to numerous gardening publications. Ashley, who is completing her Diploma in Garden Design at Oxford College of Garden Design, also owns an ecological landscape design business and co-authored a pollinator conservation gardening action guide. She resides in New York's Hudson Valley with her family, a small flock of chickens, and a flourishing wild garden.
