How does it feel to breathe deeply in a world that often forgets to exhale?
This one-hour Breathwork session is an invitation to slow down, create space, and return to what is essential. In a culture that rewards doing more, we’ll explore the quiet rebellion of simplicity—through the rhythm of the breath.
Inspired by the principles of Holotropic Breathwork, this practice invites the body to release, the heart to soften, and the mind to clear. You’ll be guided to listen inward through grounding presence, rhythmic breath patterns, and space to feel. This is not about striving—it’s about remembering. A space to gently soften the edges and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
Come as you are. Leave with whatever arises.
