Ty Maxwell is a musician, songwriter and writer currently based in the United States. An in-demand session musician, Ty has worked with a wide variety of artists live and on record, such as The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die, Strange Ranger, Another Michael, Pinegrove, Sinai Vessel, Emperor X, Shannen Moser, Sam & Louise, and Lindsay Reamer. He writes, releases and performs music under the moniker Thank You Thank You.

In the dog days of summer ‘24, TYTY released the single “Watching The Cyclones” on Glamour Gowns, which Stereogum’s Danielle Chelosky called “an abundant, ripe song…that feels like soaking in sunlight”; this past winter, Ruination Records released the post-classical compositions “After You Gave Me This” and “There’s No Telling”, of which Chris Deville wrote, “there's a lot going on here, and it's all gorgeous”

Blue Ranger

Blue Ranger are an Upstate New York based band. In 2024 they released Close Your Eyes (Ruination Record Co.), their first LP in five years and their most collaborative to date. The stomach of Blue Ranger is derived from their live shows, which can be felt in the intentional nature of Close Your Eyes, but also in the band’s sonic curiosity. Bridging electronica, soft-folk, and ambient rock, Blue Ranger’s details lie in playing with negative space, and of the kismet that brings them together.
