The Sanctuary is a nonprofit community hub in downtown Butler, NJ (inside of the Architekt Music Academy building)! Our mission is to offer a home for social connection and creative expression. We are a volunteer run-dynamic space where all walks of life can connect through holistic wellness, education workshops, and artistic classes and events.
Architekt is a private music lesson studio built around dynamic musical pedagogy. We aim to inspire musicians of all ages to experience an unmatched music education with our professional instructors, dedicated and friendly staff, and excellent group programs. Our instructors’ individual areas of expertise vary and we are proud to offer studies in classical, jazz, and all contemporary styles as well as technology, songwriting and theory. We cherish our community atmosphere and invite you to join us!
This showcase was created to uplift young musicians who are writing original music and looking for a quality performance opportunity! We will be showcasing up to 5 NJ high school aged acts. The show is open to the public! All profits will help keep The Sanctuary's doors open, so we can continue to serve our community!
$1,000 in prizes, provided by DTM productions will be awarded to a select few acts
Tickets are $15 for students and $20 for everyone else. Standing Room. Seating will be made available for anyone with a medical issue.
Our venue is open to all ages and is a sober space. Coffee/Tea, soft drinks, and light snacks available for purchase.
Street parking is free. There are also 2 free parking lots, one right behind the building (but do not block the garage) and the municipal lot up the street.
