Levyosn is a Boston-based Yiddish/klezmer trio. Named after the Ashkenazi Hebrew word for leviathan, the trio brings fresh arrangements, rich vocal harmonies, and driving rhythms to traditional and original Yiddish songs and instrumental klezmer. The band includes singer-songwriter Adah Hetko, violinist Lysander Jaffe, and accordionist Kaia Berman-Peters. Levyosn celebrates the release of their debut album, Levyosn's Lullaby, with Borscht Beet Records.
