Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, guided by an embodied DJ who intuitively weaves sound to support personal expression and collective connection. Within a safe and sacred space, dancers are invited to explore their unique rhythms while attuning to a shared, universal energy.
Participants are encouraged to let go of expectations & judgment, and embrace an open heart and curious spirit.

We Follow 4 Simple Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

We dance barefoot to connect more fully to the ground.
We dance without words to make it easier to enter a meditative state.
We dance as we are, no intoxicated states of any kind.
We dance without cameras & phones in hand.

SCHEDULE:
We invite you to arrive with plenty of time to park, check in, and take in the beauty of the property. Give yourself the space to settle in and connect before we begin.
Our circle will open promptly at 4:45 PM, and all elements of the experience are designed to help you relax, ground yourself, and move freely. We kindly ask that you arrive and settle in before we open circle, so you can fully step into this sacred space of expression and connection.

Additional notes about Arriving at Breeze Hill Farm:
Drive through the main gate and go left and then right to park in the orchard. Please do not park on the street or in the front at the market. These parking spots are reserved for accessible needs and employees of the Farm.

Michelle Keinan (DJMK) is an ecstatic dance DJ and lifelong dancer from Queens, NY, where global music was the soundtrack of her childhood. A somatic therapist with a deep passion for movement and embodiment, Michelle creates sensual, soul-stirring mixes that awaken self-expression and ignite sacral energy on the dance floor. Her sets are an invitation to surrender fully to the rhythm, unlocking freedom, connection, fun and raw self-expression for all dancers. IG @michellekeinan

TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH WORK w/Mary
Mary Tonic’s journey into holistic wellness began in 2006, earning her certifications as a holistic health coach, yogi, reiki healer, priestess, and transformational breathwork facilitator. With a passion for empowering others to harness their innate healing power, Mary uses her wealth of experience to bridge the gap to the unseen realms. She creates sacred space for Inward Adventure Breathwork, guiding others toward higher consciousness. Her journey has blessed her with a rich tapestry of wisdom and insight, forming the essence of her “tonic” and illuminating the path for others on their healing journeys.

MANA MOVEMENT w/Yulia
Mana Movement awakens the body’s non-linear pathways–circles, spirals, and waves–often called the Feminine Pathways of Movement–and brings mind–body–spirit harmony. It’s an invitation to liberate, express, and come home to yourself.

As an artist, Yulia has always been drawn to movement and dance as a way to experience the full spectrum of expression. Over time, art and dance merged into one living canvas–her body becoming the brush, painting in pure improvisation. Through this flow she discovered a new freedom, learning to surrender to the process and release judgment of the outcome. Dance became both her therapy and her teacher. She explored dynamic practices, contact improvisation, and tantra, deepening her connection to embodiment.
Then she discovered Mana Movement, which first helped her navigate a challenging time in her life; second, guided her into a profound dive into her own embodiment; and third, opened a new and inspiring understanding of herself.
Yulia has completed two transformative programs–Liberation Through the Movement (LTM) mentorship and the Mana Movement Teacher Training. As a certified facilitator she is excited to share the transformational power of Mana Movement.

SOUND MEDITATION & CLOSING w/Andonia
Antonia (Andonia) Fthenakis is a multidimensional healing practitioner, sound meditation facilitator, and educator with over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, fine arts, and special education. She is the founder of Akouie, a New York-based practice offering sound therapy, energy medicine, and somatic arts to individuals of all ages and abilities. Through her signature method, Sonic Alchemy, Andonia blends ancient wisdom with modern healing tools to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. She partners with libraries, schools, and organizations like The Nicholas Center, ACLD and United We Om to make healing accessible in community settings.

ELIXIR BAR - THE FAIRY'S CUP w/Rebecca

The Fairy's Cup Elixir Bar, created by Rebecca Antsis, is an All Ages Herbal Elixir Bar inspired by myth & magic. Rebecca is an interdisciplinary Alchemixtress whose life is devoted to the healing & dramatic arts. She melds her backgrounds in theatre, food & beverage and religious/spiritual studies to create prismatically potent, magical experiences. She also has an Immersive Event Design company & is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Long Beach.

Viewcy envisions a world where music is honored and valued, and artists are compensated by our economic system for their essential contribution.
