Using Somatic Release Breathwork we’ll follow a guided rhythmic breathing pattern that taps directly into the body’s innate clearing mechanisms. This style of breathwork is intentionally active: it works with your nervous system creating a pathway for stored emotions, tension, and incomplete stress responses to discharge safely and organically.
