An artist who has collaborated with Yo-Yo Ma's Silkroad Ensemble and inspired millions with his viral TED talk, Hadi brings a unique energy and expertise to his teaching. This workshop is a chance to delve into the heart of Arabic music, learning the techniques and traditions that have captivated audiences for centuries. Workshop Details:

What to Expect:
3Song: We will learn 3 songs with a focus on many elements, including: context, rhythm, maqam, expression, and arrangement. Song suggestions are: Ya3nayid Yaba, Hala 3eini, and Ya Mwash'saha. (note: song selections is open to change)
All Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned singer, this workshop is about community, not perfection.
Culminating Performance: We celebrate our progress with a group performance alongside members of The Brooklyn Nomads at a special post-workshop showcase!
