PAY AS YOU WISH | Nourishing both the body and soul, The Melting Pot, a new secular series by FPC Hudson, brings together regional talent and culinary artisans, pairing homemade soup with stellar live music performance. The series boasts a revolving door of incredible artists, leading audiences on musical journeys of varied styles and genres, all held within our historic and beautiful space.

The Melting Pot is pay-as-you-wish, turning no one away. Attendance and support of the series not only goes towards helping preserve this historic building and treasure of the Hudson community, but also invigorates the artistic landscape of Hudson and beyond. 

With some of the finest natural acoustics in the area, and a flexible, stunning space, FPC is aptly placed to house exhilarating live music and performance, further situating itself as a staple community gathering place and house for arts.

ABBY LAPPEN

Abby Lappen is a singer/songwriter based in the Hudson Valley. An accomplished artist whose unique voice and crisp guitar mesmerize audiences with warmth and agility, her passion comes alive with a wide range of styles and genres. With five albums to date, Lappen has recorded and performed original songs and meaningful covers in a cross genre mix from haunting folk and satirical blues to jazzy ballads and syncopated melodies

COLUMBIA COUNTY RECOVERY KITCHEN (CCRK)

CCRK is a volunteer-driven organization, preparing and delivering nutrient-rich, balanced meals to vulnerable adults and children. Operating countywide, CCRK uses donated fresh local farm food, and relies upon talented chefs and the unwavering commitment of a cadre of volunteer cooks and drivers, offering a uniquely beneficial service to those locally suffering food insecurity.
