Is swiping on dating apps leaving your thumb sore, your energy drained, and your desire for in-person connection unfulfilled? Evolutionary Psychotherapy and Holistic Healing will be hosting a free monthly mingle for singles seeking to deepen their understanding of relationship patterns, process experiences related to dating and commitment, and most importantly: bond with other humans who can relate to your experience!
Self-Embodied Singles Mingle will meet once a month and follows an open group format. This relationship circle will embrace themes that center on getting in touch with your authentic self in order to have the most meaningful and successful relationships possible. Within this space there will be opportunities to workshop new ideas, share experiences related to dating, develop interpersonal skills, explore mindful and playful movement, release stress, and expand the depths of your relationships. This monthly offering is open to all adults 18 years old and beyond.
About the facilitator:
This month's event will be facilitated by Claire Forsyth, who is a part of the clinical team at Evolutionary Psychotherapy and Holistic Healing. After serving various populations, Claire found herself head over heels for the work of couples counseling. Since recognizing that so many couples are craving uncharted levels of emotional depth and sexual intimacy, Claire began guiding couples to that next level in their relationships. Claire has received her Level One certification in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and has gone on to self-study in the modality of Narrative Relational Sex Therapy in order to expand the techniques of exploration that individuals and couples alike can use in their journeys toward sexual wellness. Claire supports couples of all relationship structures while meeting all those she cares for with an open compassionate heart.
