Join us for an evening where rhythm and restraint intertwine. The resonant pulse of KQT Pungmul sets the stage, its ancient echoes flowing into the delicate tension of rope artistry by Sydona Rogue and Vanilla Honey.

Pungmul is an indigenous farmers’ tradition of Korea that includes drumming, dance, rituals, singing, and storytelling. There are 4 main percussive instruments representing elements of a storm - wind, lightning, thunder and rain. The philosophy of pungmul is one of unifying people and nature, and as queer and trans Koreans, KQT Pungmul brings the rhythms of pungmul to rallies and actions. Together, they move in the spirit and lineage of farmers, student resistance movements, and other dissenters who moved before them.

Through the interplay of sound and rope, this performance explores the poetry of connection and the artful balance of surrender and control. A dance of contrasts emerges—soft and sharp, bound and boundless—drawing the audience into a shared journey of tension and transcendence. Let yourself be carried by the rhythm and bound by the harmony of this singular experience.

7pm Doors. 7:30pm Performance. 1 Drink Minimum per person at tables. 21+ ID Required. All Sales Final.
