NOA FORT TRIO NU feat Mat Maneri and Lucian Ban

A debut performance of Noa Fort's new trio featuring Mat Maneri and Lucian Ban. 

Vocalist-pianist and improviser Noa Fort is a frequent collaborator with some of New York's finest improvisers. When she first heard Mat Maneri and Lucian Ban's duo at Barbes she was mesmerized by their imaginative sound and started scheming their future collaboration. In this debut performance, the trio will perform a collection of songs by all three as well as interpretations to songs by others like Wayne Shorter, Carla Bley and more.
