Mushroom Growing with Hodgins Harvest

This class will teach students a bit about the various types of fungi out in the world, the ones grown at Hodgins Harvest and students will do a hands-on project creating their own oyster mushroom mycelium block that students will be able to grow their own edible mushrooms out of.
