Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy

This fourth entry in the long-running anime series sees gentleman thief Lupin III taking on hero duties when Goemon’s fiancée is kidnapped by ninjas and held for ransom. Lupin and his gang, including accomplices Jigen and Fujiko, vow to rescue her, while the always-bumbling police inspector Zenigata goes hot on Lupin’s trail.
