Join us for our winter series Dance Lab of Dance Lab gatherings in the Hudson Valley!
This is part of a series that will take place the last Friday of every month @ The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY ~ a short drive from Kingston.
For this event, we'll start with a guided movement class in Contact Improvisation with Alexandra Bayeva, followed by a DJ set with Omar Aena, ending with a closing sound healing with Jessica Caplan.
This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!

7PM: Doors Open
7:15-8PM: Contact Improvisation class with Alexandra
8-9:30PM: Ecstatic Dance with Omar Aena
9:30-10: Sound Bath with Jessica Caplan + Closing Circle
