Join us for a very special Dance Lab gathering as we return for our second gathering in the Hudson Valley!
This is part of a series that will take place the last Friday of every month @ The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY ~ a short drive from Kingston.
For this event, we'll start with a guided movement class in 5Rhythms with Michael Griffith, followed by a DJ set with Omar Aena.
This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!
Schedule:
7PM: Doors Open
7:15-8PM: 5Rhythms Class with Michael
8-9:30PM: Ecstatic Dance
9:30-10: Sound Bath + Closing Circle
