Join us for a very special Dance Lab gathering at the Green Gym in Brooklyn.
We'll start with a guided movement class in Japanese Butoh with guest teacher Margherita Tisato . This will be followed by an Ecstatic Dance DJ set with Omar Aena.
This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!
Schedule:
7:30PM: Doors Open
8PM-9:15PM: Butoh workshop with Margherita Tisato
9:15-10:30PM: Ecstatic Dance with Omar Aena
10:30-11: Sound Bath + Closing Circle
Tickets are $25 in advance/$30 day of. We suggest getting your ticket in advance to secure your spot.
