Join the Breath Connection community to re-ground and stabilize after the intense energy of this week's solar eclipse in Aries. Whether you braved the crowds and travel to see the eclipse in totality, or simply felt the ripples of energy in your personal life, you're invited to join in a supportive breath practice designed to help our nervous system digest intense experiences, ground and come back into balance.

About Breath Connection
Breath Connection is a monthly donation-based virtual gathering to practice breathwork and meditation techniques in community. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required. This class will be have options for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All are welcome!

Each month we will explore a different theme and set of practices from the Himalayan kriya yoga tradition, which may involve movement and mantra in addition to breathwork and meditation.

You can expect:
-Powerful breath practices to ground intense energy and stabilize the nervous system
-Meditation practices for self-awareness, acceptance, and self-love
-Opportunities to connect with others as a community of practice

The session will be recorded and a recording of the guided practice will be sent to all participants to use as a resource into the future.

About Breathwork

Breath practice is the ultimate tool for self-empowerment. It is is the single most important thing we do every day, not only because it keeps us alive (!) but also because how we breathe has a deep impact on our physiology. Changing the way you breathe can change how you feel in less than a minute, because breathing is directly connected to the autonomic nervous system. There are hundreds of different breath techniques that all have different physiological effects. Learn more.
