In the summer of 2019 Ben Seretan burned it all to tape in the sweaty hills above Venice. Having fermented like a fine grappa on dusty hard drives for the last five years, the world is now finally ready for "the insane Italian record" - it'll be out on Tiny Engines this summer. It's an improbably muscular and schizoid follow-up to Seretan's piano-and-bugs instrumental lullabies and his more considered 2020 album of songs "Youth Pastoral," but longtime fans will recognize the joyful intoxication of guitar chaos he's been chasing for a decade.

Boston-born and St.-Louis-raised, Jackie West emerged in Brooklyn experimental folk circles in the late 2010s. Her latest single “Tiny Flowers ii'' embodies the feeling she seeks to evoke, “the spaciousness you feel after leaving something and surrendering to the loneliness of having a good time.”
