56 Strings : Lutes Around the World

Join us for 56 Strings, a unique musical experience featuring multi-instrumentalist Chris Stephens and his collection of historic stringed instruments from around the world! This one of a kind concert will take place in the intimate Firestone Baars Chapel on the Stephens College campus in Columbia, Missouri. The transcendent sounds of the beautiful instruments reverberating off the natural acoustics of the chapel is sure to be an unforgettable listening journey. 

Chris' collection of instruments includes the Sitar, Japanese Shamisen, Arabic Oud, Persian Tar, Chinese Pipa, Turkish Baglama, and the Banjo.
